Our agency is partnering with a national law firm seeking employment litigators at several experience levels. Represent employers in workplace disputes while taking meaningful ownership of cases, working directly with clients, and developing your practice alongside experienced litigators.

Base pay depends on experience, location, and job-related qualifications. Bonus eligibility and benefits are subject to the employer’s applicable plans.

Base compensation: San Francisco: $150,000–$200,000—Florida compensation to be discussed.

Work arrangement: Office attendance requirements to be discussed for each location.

Job Details

What you will do
Manage defense litigation from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, discovery, substantive motions, and briefs.
Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
Develop case strategy, prepare cases for trial, and provide timely client updates.
Collaborate with partners and attorneys across practice groups.

What you bring
Active California or Florida admission for the selected office.
San Francisco: 4+ years of litigation experience; labor and employment, professional liability, and/or commercial litigation experience preferred.
Florida: approximately 3–4+ years of litigation experience in employment, professional liability, and/or HOA matters.
Strong writing, research, oral advocacy, organization, and independent case management skills.
Legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and other professional liability work are especially valued in San Francisco. Florida candidates should bring deposition, motion practice, and court appearance experience.
