A highly respected litigation firm in Coral Gables is seeking a Litigation Drafting Attorney to join its team in a trial support-focused role. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong legal writer who enjoys research, analysis, and persuasive drafting and wants to play a key role in supporting sophisticated litigation matters.

What You’ll Do

• Focus primarily on litigation drafting, legal research, and trial support
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, pleadings, discovery-related documents, and other substantive litigation materials
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues and develop clear, persuasive arguments
• Provide drafting and research support to attorneys handling significant trial and litigation matters
• Assist with appellate briefs and other written advocacy as needed
• Work closely with the litigation team to develop case strategy and prepare matters for hearings and trial

What We’re Looking For

• Florida Bar admission in good standing
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and drafting abilities
• Strong experience drafting substantive litigation documents, including motions and briefs
• Appellate writing experience is a plus
• Construction litigation, land use, and/or real estate litigation experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex issues into persuasive written arguments
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an experienced litigation team
