Litigation Legal Assistant – Fort LauderdaleWhat You'll Do:Manage attorney calendars, correspondence, client intake, and case files.Draft, prepare, and finalize pleadings in accordance with state and federal court rules.Assist with e-filing, discovery, and case management including trial prep and depositions.Coordinate with vendors, manage exhibits, privilege logs, and production deadlines.Provide organizational and legal support at trial (jury selection, exhibits, witness coordination).Track and record billable time in 3E, process expenses, and support AR collections.What You'll Bring:Minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial litigation.Strong knowledge of Florida e-filing (state and federal courts).E-Discovery and Relativity experience a plus.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume caseloads.Strong communication and client service skills.Ability to manage attorney schedules and deadlines with precision.#J-18808-Ljbffr
