Position: Litigation Legal Assistant
Our client is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant role that supports attorneys and paralegals in preparing for litigation and trials. The firm specializes in representing mesothelioma victims nationwide and is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional who can thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage litigation calendars, including court hearings, depositions, and deadlines. 
  • Prepare, file, and serve legal documents such as pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials. 
  • Maintain case information in the firm's client management system. 
  • Coordinate travel, expense reports, and deposition scheduling. 
  • Prepare trial materials, including binders, exhibits, tracking charts, and document productions. 
  • Provide administrative and logistical support during trial preparation. 
Desired Skills:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of legal or related administrative experience is preferred.
