Note

Applicants must have 5+ years of paralegal experience, including hands-on litigation support, drafting discovery requests and responses, court filings, and trial preparation. This is an in-person opportunity for an experienced paralegal ready to make an immediate impact.

Job Description

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation, from discovery through trial.
• Draft, organize, and manage discovery requests, responses, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and coordinate court filings in California state and federal courts.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, document organization, and courtroom logistics.
• Track case deadlines, maintain organized files, and help keep litigation matters moving forward.
• Collaborate directly with attorneys to ensure cases are thoroughly prepared and efficiently managed.
• Contribute to a positive client experience through responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal, with a strong civil litigation background.
• Hands-on experience drafting discovery requests and responses.
• Knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures.
• Experience assisting with trial preparation, exhibits, and trial logistics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
