Probate & Estate Planning Paralegal
Qualifications & Responsibilities:- 3+ years of probate, trust administration, or estate planning experience
Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Prepare probate court filings, inventories, and accountings
Manage estate administration timelines and communicate with clients and court personnel
