Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Hartford, CT, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

This position is onsite initially with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office after training.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing legal documents
• Assisting with creating presentations
• Conducting legal research
• Assisting with discovery and trial preparation
• Preparing, serving, and tracking subpoenas
• Maintaining litigation calendars
• Preparing exhibits, witness materials, and binders
• Reviewing documents

Requirements:

• 1+ year of recent litigation experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional and reliable

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 per year depending on experience. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and 12 paid holidays.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
