Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal (3+ years of experience) - Irvine, CA

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of litigation paralegal experience
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred
• Proficiency in drafting complex legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests & responses, correspondence, interrogatories/answers, and other legal documents
• Ability to conduct legal research and investigations as necessary
• Experience in assisting with deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, and trial preparation, including witness preparation and preparation of exhibits and other demonstrative evidence
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills with clients and coworkers
