Performance Objectives

• Prepare, review, and draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide actionable insights for attorneys.
• Maintain and organize case files efficiently, guaranteeing that all documents are accessible and up-to-date for client meetings and court proceedings.
• Coordinate and manage schedules for hearings, depositions, and client meetings, optimizing the productivity of legal teams.
• Support attorneys during trial preparation and proceedings by facilitating communication and managing case-related contingencies.
• Interface directly with clients, maintaining a high standard of service that aligns with J&G's reputational excellence in client relations.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience as a paralegal in litigation settings, with a minimum of 3 years in practice.
