In this role, you will provide support to our trial team and assist in all phases of the litigation process. You will perform legal research, conduct interviews, draft and file court documents, and prepare with responding to and propounding discovery. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.ResponsibilitiesPrepare case-specific documents, including memoranda, briefs, complaints, and discovery for attorney reviewEnsure that case-related documents are well organized and availableConduct legal research and investigationProvide general administrative supportCommunicate with clients and witnessesMaintain and update documentationAssist with discovery requestsQualificationsPrevious experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role is preferredCertification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferredExperience working in personal injury is preferredFamiliarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court systemStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with document management experienceExcellent research skillsComfortable with Microsoft Office and case management softwareAbility to multitask and work well under pressure#J-18808-Ljbffr
