An Am Law 100 firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing Seattle office. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a highly respected legal team handling sophisticated litigation matters.The firm offers a collaborative environment, strong professional development opportunities, a hybrid work schedule following an initial onboarding period, and a manageable 1,600-hour annual billable requirement .ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research and factual investigations to support attorneys in active litigation matters.Draft and prepare pleadings, declarations, complaints, affidavits, correspondence, and other legal documents.Summarize complex legal records and case materials.Organize, maintain, and index case files.Track and calendar litigation deadlines.File pleadings and other documents with state and federal courts.Prepare attorneys for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.Assist attorneys during trial proceedings.Coordinate communications with witnesses, experts, opposing counsel, and clients.Manage scheduling and case-related logistics.Enter billing and expense information accurately and timely.QualificationsParalegal certificate or degree from an accredited institution preferred.4+ years of litigation paralegal experience is preferred.Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Experience utilizing legal research platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis.Familiarity with litigation support and document management systems, including LiveNote, Concordance, CaseMap, docketing software, and billing systems, is highly preferred.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Compensation: $75,000– $98,000 annually, commensurate with experience.Hybrid work arrangement after an initial training period.Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchProfit-sharing opportunitiesGenerous paid time off and paid holidaysPaid parental leaveHealth Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) optionsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)If you're interested in joining a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm with a strong reputation for professional development, work-life balance, and long-term career growth, we'd love to connect.#J-18808-Ljbffr
