Key job responsibilities - Lead comprehensive process mapping across practice groups to identify automation opportunities and design AI-powered solutions using Amazon Quick, Kiro, and other approved AI tools - Optimize high-volume litigation programs, including case intake, triage, assignment workflows, and performance metrics - Independently manage litigation matters from each practice group to gain firsthand workflow knowledge and develop targeted process improvements - Partner with Legal Tech teams to develop and deploy scalable automation solutions that reduce manual effort and increase accuracy across legal workflows - Manage critical business mechanisms including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and OP1 planning processes with executive-level reporting - Drive cross-functional initiatives with attorneys, paralegals, engineers, finance teams, and vendors to deliver program outcomes on time - Support paralegals to oversee vendor management, KPIs and overall program performance optimization A day in the life You might start your morning reviewing high-volume pre-litigation program metrics and identifying bottlenecks in data retrieval workflows. This position uniquely combines program management and data analysis expertise with hands-on AI implementation-you'll collaborate with paralegals and attorneys to drive efficiency, lead cross-functional initiatives, and directly impact operational excellence across Amazon's legal organization.
