Job Description

  • Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, complaints, demand letters, stipulations, and other legal documents.
  • Assist attorneys with case strategy, trial preparation, hearings, and motions practice.
  • Manage discovery, including document collection, review, production, and electronic discovery platforms.
  • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, witnesses, experts, court reporters, and vendors.
  • Conduct factual investigations, document analysis, and legal research.
  • Review, organize, and summarize legal, medical, employment, and other case-related records.
  • Maintain case files, organize litigation materials, and manage deadlines.
  • Work with ESI vendors to support electronic discovery and document production.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Strong experience supporting civil litigation matters.
  • Experience drafting litigation documents and managing discovery.
  • Familiarity with electronic discovery and document review platforms.
  • Excellent research, proofreading, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
