A respected and established full service law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join their dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys supporting attorneys in a busy civil litigation practice. This particular group has an Attorney team with 30 + years of tenured experience and an established workload!
Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation calendars and monitor critical court deadlines.
• Prepare, format, revise, proofread, and finalize legal documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate filings and maintain litigation-related records and documentation.
• Handle attorney scheduling, client communications, and administrative support tasks.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical case files.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to firm standards in all work product.
• Support multiple attorneys in a high-volume, document-intensive practice.

• Significant experience as a Litigation Secretary, preferably within a civil litigation practice.
• Extensive experience with litigation calendaring and deadline management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with document management systems; familiarity with Forte is a plus.
• Fast and accurate typing skills with exceptional proofreading abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage a busy workload effectively.
