Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office)

Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 DOE

Position Overview

A leading labor and employment law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Secretary to provide high-level support to a busy litigation practice. This role will support multiple attorneys and play a critical role in managing case deadlines, court filings, document production, and day-to-day litigation support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced with both California and federal court procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to multiple attorneys in a fast-paced practice.
• Prepare, proofread, revise, and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Manage attorney calendars and monitor court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and case milestones.
• Coordinate and process state and federal court filings, including e-filings and service of documents.
• Prepare and update Tables of Contents (TOC) and Tables of Authorities (TOA) using Best Authority.
