Litigation Trial Prep Paralegal (Hybrid)

A respected plaintiff employment law firm is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to support its trial team. This is a hybrid position, with occasional in-person court appearances and depositions. You'll play a key part in getting cases ready for trial and work closely with attorneys who fight for employees.

What you'll do

• Support attorneys through every stage of civil litigation, from discovery through trial
• Prepare trial binders, exhibit lists, witness files, and other trial materials
• Draft and organize discovery requests and responses, and manage document productions
• Track deadlines, calendar court dates, and handle e-filing and service
• Coordinate depositions, attend court appearances and depositions as needed, and communicate with clients and witnesses

What you bring

• 3 to 15 years of paralegal experience, with civil litigation experience required
• Hands-on trial preparation experience
• Plaintiff-side or employment law experience a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting
• Based in Southern California and able to attend occasional court appearances and depositions

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive base salary, depending on experience
