Little Caesars, America’s best value in pizza, is seeking enthusiastic Assistant Managers to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. As an assistant manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each guest receives their perfect pizza, the way they want it, when they want it, with a smile every time while helping to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by assisting guests at the front counter and resolving guest complaints
• Execute and support all food safety requirements and practice
• Manage and lead employees during shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), and providing feedback and training.
• Perform open and closing procedures for the store
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash
• Effectively position the team and support appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, and safety procedures
• Ensure all security procedures are executed properly (safe procedures, open/close procedures, etc.)
• Manage and organize the line and delegate duties to team members
• Know and uphold standards for product quality
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and knowledge of in-store promotions
• Complete additional e-learning as required
• Work in various other roles within the restaurant

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Friendly, fun, hard-working, dependable, and respectful
• Leadership experience in QSR
• 18+ years old
