About the Role:Little Caesars in Erie, PA is looking for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to lead our team! Responsibilities:- Oversee all daily store operations including food prep, customer service, and cash handling
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing team of crew members
- Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage food and labor costs
- Drive sales performance and meet store revenue goals
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive guest experience
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Requirements:- Previous restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast food
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and health code compliance
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
