The Role

Be the face, and the closer, of Plug Live. Plug is hiring a Live Commerce Sales Host to turn live shopping into a major sales channel for one of America's fastest-moving Certified Pre-Owned electronics brands. You'll sell live on camera, demonstrating products, handling objections, and confidently asking for the sale in real time. The role sits at the intersection of sales, entertainment, and marketing, but the scoreboard is sales.

This is a fixed Evening Shift role, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, including scheduled weekend broadcasts.

What You Will Own

• Host live shopping broadcasts on platforms such as Whatnot and TikTok Shop, selling Certified Pre-Owned phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, and accessories in real time.
• Know the product cold: model differences, storage, carrier compatibility, cosmetic condition, warranty coverage, and why Certified Pre-Owned is the smart buy.
• Work the live chat, handle objections, and close confidently, protecting Plug's margins and customer trust.
• Build the playbook: show formats, offers, bundles, and the moments that turn first-time viewers into repeat buyers.
• Partner with merchandising, inventory, marketing, operations, and fulfillment to prep every show and keep information accurate.
• Own your numbers: conversion, average order value, repeat buyers, and watch time, and use them to make every show better than the last.

What We Are Looking For

• You're energetic, persuasive, and genuinely comfortable being the center of attention on camera.
• You have strong sales instincts: you can discover customer needs, handle objections, create urgency, and ask for the sale.
• You think quickly and stay composed when a show changes in real time.
• You're highly coachable and motivated by measurable goals.
• You're available for a fixed Evening Shift, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, including scheduled weekend broadcasts.
• Background in live selling, retail sales, auctioneering, broadcasting, or content creation all translate well; no degree or follower count required.
• On-camera presence, sales ability, integrity, preparation, and coachability matter more than a resume.

Compensation

Base salary: $50,000 to $60,000, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated ability, plus commission on live-show sales performance.
