How You’ll Brighten Each Day
 

• Personal Care with Dignity – Assist with feeding, bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
  
  
• Healthy Home & Meals – Plan, prep, and serve nutritious meals; keep the home tidy with light housekeeping and laundry.
  
  
• Care Plan Adheres – Follow a well curated care plan structured by the family and the team.
  
  
• Companionship & Engagement – Chat, play games, accompany walks, and support social outings or errands.
  
  
• Family & Team Communication – Maintain clear, respectful updates with loved ones and the care team.
  
  

Qualifications:
 

• Must have two years of prior experience as a live-in caregiver as a home health aide, or PCA
• Compassionate, patient, dependable and mindful of privacy in a client’s home
• Must pass a drug screen and background check 
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
