LMD Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
-Strong analytical aptitude with a validated ability to analyze/interpret data,with an emphasis on transportation
-Experience working with enterprise level logistics systems, such as aTransportation Management System, Yard Management Systems, or Warehouse Management System is required.
- Experience working Home Appliances LMD or white glove service is verydesirable.
- Exceptional collaborator and communicator with equal skills in attention todetail and follow through.
- Ability to cut through complexity and help the team reach decision as issuesand opportunities emerge during commercialization
-Help instill a proactive culture and provide training & coaching to quicklyramp up operations.
- Conduct regular team meetings to analyze periodic goals and objectives.Improve operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and drive reliability in the supply chain 

- Create, develop, incorporate, and integrate needed processes into SOP. Keen sense of industry technology that will increase departmental accuracy, efficiency, and production.

Requirements:
-Minimum of Bachelors degree. 

-Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, andProduct

-Life Cycleis a plus
-Travel required: 25%

-10+ years of experience inProject Management,Logistics, Supply Chain, Returns Management, or Distribution in builder market/industry Project Management software experience is requiredAble to work for extended hours as needed to complete the project.
-Strong dynamic leader who demonstrates a collaborative approach while identifying and solving issues.
