Description
Duration: 12 months Schedule: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Job Description:
Responsible, under minimal supervision, for supporting the operations, logistics, and class room training coordination for a variety of learning programs. Works well independently, and considered a professional with adequate understanding of own job area.
Responsibilities:
Communications for trainees and other stakeholders
Updating and distributing training reports
Scheduling/invitations/LMS registration for each trainee
Compile data for training improvements and reporting
Ensuring all materials are ready for each class
Prepare, print, collate, order and receive training materials as needed
Ensuring rooms are setup per program needs
Ensuring technology in room is enabled and ready prior to session.
Creating and following up with catering orders for classes (Lunch order)
Managing training records of program based on attendance
Supporting program evaluation collection and analysis
Managing training sample product inventory
Performing additional operational duties as requested
Supporting Training Center operations by managing of training sample products and general quality of facility
Skillsets:
1-2 years of experience in LMS
Have Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and works with a sense of urgency
Motivated to learn and work hard in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment – enjoys creating structure where there may be none
Education:
Highschool Diploma or above
