    What You'll Be Doing

    • Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
    • Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
    • Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas while following all safety policies and procedures.
    • Support plant operations by coordinating material movement to meet production and customer requirements.
    • Complete operational records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

    What Are We Looking For

    • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment.
    • Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
    • Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns.
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
    • Dependable work ethic with the flexibility to support operational needs and changing priorities.

    Conditions of Employment

    • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
    • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    What We Offer

    • $49.36 to $49.36 per hour.
    • Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension.
    • Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
