Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or forks to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage yard to manufacturing bays, construction site or similar location.
Responsible for loading and unloading bulk materials, such as steel, from vendor deliveries.
Transporting of equipment, such as conveyors, within storage yard and manufacturing building(s).
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
