Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Location :- Onsite Remote / Missouri or Dallas (Preferred)
- Project-related work may include evenings, weekends, and late-night support activities.
- During implementation events, work may extend to midnight or later depending on project requirements.
- During non-travel and non-implementation periods, the schedule is generally a standard business day (approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

- Loan Operations Resources – 2 Positions
- Experience in loan back-office operations
- Strong understanding of loan parameters and configuration
- Payment posting knowledge
- Escrow administration experience
- Ability to support testing, implementation, and operational validation activities
- Core banking conversion experience
- SilverLake
- Banking industry experience
- Experience with a Jack Henry core banking platform, including one or more of the following:
- SilverLake (Preferred)
- CIF 20/20 (Secondary Preference)
- Core Director (Tertiary Preference)
- Symitar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous core conversion or bank merger experience
- Experience supporting system implementations, testing, and client readiness activities
- Expected travel: 1-2 trips per month
- Average trip duration: 6-9 days
- Travel frequency and duration may vary based on project phase and implementation schedules
