Loan Originator

Dunmor is a direct real estate lender providing financing solutions to residential and multifamily investors, builders, and developers. We offer bridge, new construction, and permanent loan programs designed to help our customers move quickly and act on opportunities.

We are growing and looking for Loan Originators who know how to build relationships, develop new business, and guide borrowers through the financing process. At Dunmor, you''ll be supported by an experienced lending team, a range of loan programs, and technology designed to make the lending process faster, simpler, and more transparent for customers.

Role Overview

The Loan Originator is responsible for generating new business, building relationships with borrowers and referral partners, and helping customers structuring financing solutions that meet customer needs. Success in this role requires consistently meeting monthly production targets, developing a strong referral network, and managing an active loan pipeline from initial opportunity through closing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Generation

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms consistent with Dunmor''s lending guidelines.

Relationship Management and Market Development

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners.
• Develop repeat business and referrals through strong customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of local real estate markets, lending trends, and competitive offerings.

Pipeline and Performance Management

• Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing.
• Keep accurate and current prospect, customer, and loan information in the CRM.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and production results to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration and Operational Alignment

• Coordinate with Customer Care, Credit, and other internal teams to support timely loan processing and closing.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the financing process, communicating updates and helping resolve issues.

Industry Networking and Brand Representation

• Represent Dunmor at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Build awareness of Dunmor''s lending programs within assigned markets.
• Follow up with industry contacts to develop new relationships and generate loan opportunities.

Indicators of Success

• Achieves or exceeds monthly origination volume of $2 million or more.
• Maintains a healthy and active loan pipeline.
• Builds strong, repeatable client and referral relationships.
• Demonstrates strong deal structuring and execution capabilities.
• Drives strategic growth through relationships and market insight.
• Positive feedback from clients and internal teams on collaboration and responsiveness.
