ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented loan servicing professional to support the day-to-day administration of loan accounts. This individual will investigate payment discrepancies, maintain accurate account records, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate with lending teams to resolve servicing-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and customer service skills, along with the ability to manage account maintenance requests accurately and efficiently in a banking environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate missing, delayed, or incorrectly applied loan payments and coordinate appropriate resolution.
• Process payment reversals in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare and issue loan payoff statements upon request.
• Respond to customer questions and research account-related concerns.
• Partner with lending teams to address borrower complaints and resolve servicing issues.
• Handle incoming customer calls and provide timely, professional assistance.
• Update loan payment schedules, interest rates, billing details, and other account information as needed.
• Establish and maintain ACH and automatic funds transfer arrangements.
• Process customer address changes and ensure account records remain current.
• Maintain accurate documentation of servicing activity and follow applicable internal procedures.
