Job Title: Loan Servicing Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC 28255
Schedule: Fully onsite from Monday to Friday | 8:30am-9am-5:00pm-5:30pm
Pay Rate: $38.48/hour (paid weekly)
Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion
Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment

Overview
This role is responsible for processing high-volume loan and collateral transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with servicing standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process loan, collateral, advance, and payment transactions.
• Enter and maintain collateral data accurately within internal systems.
• Review and reconcile client financial information, including Accounts Receivable aging reports.
• Identify discrepancies, perform collateral calculations, and escalate risks when appropriate.
• Support loan documentation, amendments, due diligence, and closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with loan servicing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support operational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of data entry experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of financial concepts and loan documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing systems and processes.
• Ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and escalate risks appropriately.
• Experience in commercial lending, loan servicing, credit operations, or collateral management.
• Dealer Financial Services experience.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
