Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage loaner vehicle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and condition.
- Process customer payments, including cash, credit card, and check transactions.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of loaner vehicles.
- Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
- Uphold dealership policies and procedures related to loaner vehicles and cashier duties.
Qualifications:
- At least one year customer service or cashier role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures and technologies.
- Availability to work Sundays
