Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate account activities and serve as the local point of contact.
• Manage staffing requests and candidate submission follow-up.
• Track placement progress and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support communication between agency and firm's recruiting, HR, and payroll teams.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of temporary staffing account management experience, preferably in public-sector, education, or municipal workforce contracts.
• Proven SLA execution in IT staffing with a track record of sourcing and placing qualified professionals within a 3-business-day window.
• Expertise in background screening and compliance, including credentialing and background checks.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, serving as a primary liaison for procurement officers and hiring supervisors.
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools (JobDiva preferred) and Microsoft Office.

Preferences

• Experience with school or education clearance requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of the Los Angeles County / Southern California IT labor market.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
