About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver for a local flex assignment in White, Georgia. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team. The assignment is expected to last 1–2 months.

Pay & Schedule Details

  • $27 per hour
  • Overtime after 40 hours
  • Monday through Friday
  • 7:00 a.m. start time
  • No holiday work
  • Home daily

Job Details

  • Route type: Local
  • Freight: Pipe and tubing
  • Equipment: Tractor-trailer and flatbed
  • Transmission: Automatic
  • Handling: Strapping loads only

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes.
  • Transport pipe and tubing in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
  • Secure loads by properly strapping freight.
  • Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
  • 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer and flatbed experience.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
