$48 for customer live loads/unloads
$28 for customer drop-and-hook moves
$15 for qualifying out-of-route empty moves or crosstown drops
$15 per hour for rail delays after the first hour
$20 per hour for detention after 1.5 hours
$20 per hour for training as needed

Job Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of verifiable truck-driving experience
Clean driving record
Valid DOT Medical Card
No SAP drivers
Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire
Hazmat endorsement costs reimbursed after it is added to the driver's license
