Class A CDL Driver – No Touch General Freight – Part-Time Position


Job Summary
AERO Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced, professional CDL Driver to transport, locally, general freight with no-touch freight handling. The Local Company Driver will safely operate company equipment, follow assigned routes and delivery schedules, complete required vehicle inspections, and provide professional service to customers.


The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, professional, and able to work independently while supporting the needs of the AERO Logistics team.


Schedule

• Part-time schedule: Friday through Sunday, generally between 4:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
• Occasional Mondays may be required based on operational needs.
• Candidates must be flexible and available to adjust scheduled days and hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance.
• Safely operate a 53-foot tractor-trailer.
• Transport and deliver local general freight with no-touch handling.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Perform routine safety inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
• Maintain required driving logs and transportation documentation.
• Keep the tractor and trailer safe, clean, and organized.
• Comply with all applicable DOT driving laws and regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and AERO Logistics team members.
• Contribute to team efforts in a positive and professional manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 3 years of Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience required for insurance purposes.
• Knowledge of applicable DOT driving laws and regulations.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety on every assignment.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
