**Join Our Dynamic BMT/Oncology Team!** - **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) - **Unit:** BMT/Oncology (10000210) - **Shift Options:** - Night: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - Day: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) - **Rotating Shifts:** Various days of the week - **Experience Required:** - 2 years of acute care BMT/Hematology experience - Chemotherapy administration experience - Open to candidates with 1.5 years of experience - **First-Timers Welcome:** Yes, as long as you have the required experience - **Weekend Requirement:** Yes, based on unit needs - **Certifications Required:** - AHA BLS - CO or Compact RN License - ONC Certification - **Floating Requirement:** - Float between BMT/Oncology and CTU units - May float to sister facilities based on needs - **Patient Care:** - Work in a 51-bed unit caring for patients with blood cancers - Provide care for patients receiving chemotherapy, biotherapies, and cellular therapies - Familiarize yourself with flexible nurse-to-patient ratios (3-4:1, may flex up based on needs) - **Charting System:** Epic - **Scrub Color:** Navy **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
