**Exciting Opportunity for BMT/Oncology Registered Nurses!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team in a 51-bed unit specializing in blood cancers. - Work with patients undergoing cutting-edge therapies including: - Chemotherapy - Biotherapies - Cellular therapies such as stem cell transplants and CAR-T. - **Schedule:** - Rotating days of the week. - Night shifts: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00). - Day shifts: 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00). - **Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of acute care BMT/Hematology experience required. - Chemotherapy administration experience is a must. - Candidates with 1.5 years of experience may be considered. - Must hold AHA BLS certification. - CO or Compact RN License required. - ONC certification needed. - **Additional Requirements:** - Weekend shifts required based on unit needs. - Must be comfortable floating between the BMT/Oncology and CTU units. - Nurse-to-patient ratios: 3-4:1, may flex up based on support and staffing needs. - **Work Environment:** - Charting done through Epic. - Additional flexibility is essential, as candidates may float to sister facilities based on the metro area's needs. - Strong support system in place for nurses. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
