Location: Northwest Medical Center Gastroenterology – 2979 Squalicum Parkway, 3rd Floor, Bellingham, WA
 

Compensation:$110–$130/hour
 

We are seeking a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for an exciting locum tenens opportunity at Northwest Medical Center in Bellingham, Washington.
 

Position Highlights

• Start Date: July 2026 preferred (August start will be considered)
• Assignment Duration: Through October 1, 2026, with potential extension
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Shift Length: 8-hour days

• No Call

   

Practice Details

• Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient
• Facility Size: 253-bed hospital
• Patient Population: Adults (18+)
• Average Clinic Volume: Approximately 16 patients per day
• Cases: Bread-and-butter Gastroenterology
• Procedures: None required
• Team Environment: Work alongside experienced Gastroenterologists and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active Washington NP or PA license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in Gastroenterology preferred
• Credentialing timeframe: 30–60 days
