Talent4Health is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Danbury, Connecticut.
Variable shifts (can be flexible) 5x8s or 4x10s Department hours are Mon/Wed 7:30-7, Tues/Thurs 7:30-6, Fri 7-3 ***must stay until 7p Monday and Wednesday**
WORK SITE: 22 Old Waterbury Road, Southbury CT
Outpatient physical therapy
Approximately 10 patients/day
Performs therapy evaluations, treatment planning and implementation utilizing department clinical guidelines & protocols. Participates in team conference /rounds for purposes of coordination of patient’s plan of care.
Provides patient/ family education and training.
Required:
Connecticut Physical Therapy License
BLS
Outpatient experience
No weekends, floating or call
