⏱️ Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekends
Pay:
• Local Rate: $63/hr
• Travel Package: $2,878/week
Meals: $644/week
Housing: $1,414/week
Role Overview:
• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Work with both inpatient and outpatient populations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Support patient mobility, recovery, and functional independence
✅ Requirements:
• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
• Inpatient and outpatient experience required
• BLS certification required
