Position: Physical Therapist
Location: Wilmington, Ohio
Setting: Home Health
Duration: 14 Weeks
$60/hr
$2,400/week
Candidate must live close enough to commute daily.
Provide home health physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
Travel throughout the assigned territory providing patient care in the home setting.

Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
Phone/Teams interview required
Any scrub color
Requirements Active Ohio Physical Therapist License required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Minimum 1 year Home Health Physical Therapy experience required Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred ❤️ CPR/BLS required if applicable Computer proficiency required Must be comfortable traveling throughout assigned territory Must meet all state and facility requirements Amergis ID: 1216074
