Local Lead Superintendent - Data Center Construction

Job TitleLead Construction Manager for Data Center ProjectsJob DescriptionLead all on-site construction operations for ground-up data center projects. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel from mobilization through turnover. Maintain and drive aggressive project schedules in mission-critical environments. Coordinate complex MEP, structural, and site development activities. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with engineers, consultants, and ownership teams. Manage site logistics, sequencing, and daily field operations. Maintain project documentation including daily reports and look-ahead schedules. Identify and resolve field challenges proactively to maintain schedule and budget performance.The Successful ApplicantExperience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Proven experience delivering ground-up data center or mission-critical projects. Strong understanding of complex MEP systems and technical coordination. Experience managing fast-track schedules and large-scale subcontractor teams. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
