Install, repair, and maintain coax and fiber systems Work with residential and commercial customers in Columbus & Cleveland, OH Ideal for technicians who value quality, safety, and career growth Key Responsibilities
Install and repair video, internet, and phone services Perform fiber installs, terminations, and in-home setups Troubleshoot using meters and diagnostic tools (OTDR, signal meters, etc.) Follow safety protocols and meet daily service goals Provide professional customer service Work in various weather conditions and at heights Accurately document work using mobile/job systems What You’ll Need
Preferred: Viavi 620 meter (or similar) Preferred: Fiber tools (fusion splicer, light meter, etc.) Must be local to Aiken, SC Own truck/van + valid license, registration, and insurance Strong work ethic, communication, and customer service skills Comfortable working at heights and outdoors Basic computer skills Additional Requirements
