Job Description
Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain smooth project flow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Review project plans and specifications to anticipate challenges and provide solutions. Monitor and manage resources, including materials and labor, to meet project requirements. Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and management teams. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues early. Maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and documentation.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Superintendent experience preferred. Strong experience with ground-up commercial construction. Background across mixed commercial projects such as: Retail & Restaurants, Automotive Dealerships, Aviation, Light Industrial / Warehouse, Class A / Office. Proven ability to independently manage projects in the field. Strong subcontractor management and scheduling experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Atlanta-based with knowledge of the local construction market preferred.
