Southeast Design-Build Contractor
This established Southeast design-build contractor has been building for 50+ years, with an experienced leadership team and a diverse portfolio spanning automotive, aviation, retail, office/Class A, warehouse, and light industrial construction. Job Description
Lead daily field operations from mobilization through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and schedules. Maintain project schedules while driving quality and productivity. Manage site logistics, sequencing, and subcontractor performance. Partner closely with Project Managers and internal teams. Maintain a strong, safety-focused jobsite. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Superintendent experience preferred. Strong experience with ground-up commercial construction. Background across mixed commercial projects such as: Retail & Restaurants, Automotive Dealerships, Aviation, Light Industrial / Warehouse, Class A / Office. Proven ability to independently manage projects in the field. Strong subcontractor management and scheduling experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Atlanta-based with knowledge of the local construction market preferred.
