Local Superintendent - Healthcare & Retail Construction

• Lead all field operations for ground-up healthcare and retail construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain short-term schedules and look-ahead plans
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Conduct daily jobsite inspections and subcontractor coordination meetings
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure proper field execution
• Coordinate inspections with local authorities, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively address field challenges
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards
• Maintain daily reports, project logs, and jobsite documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to achieve project milestones and client expectations
• Coordinate project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout activities
• Foster strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners

• Experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven experience leading ground-up or interior healthcare and retail projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software preferred
• Must live within a 60-mile radius to Augusta, GA
