Local Superintendent

• Oversee daily construction activities on assigned job sites to keep work aligned with project plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain steady progress.
• Review project drawings and schedules to plan upcoming field activities.
• Monitor job-site conditions and address issues that affect construction progress.
• Track completed work and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and project records.
• Promote safe work practices across the job site.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to support scheduled work.

5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor

Stable career history with strong tenure preferred

Experience overseeing commercial construction projects

Municipal and Higher Education project experience highly preferred

Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control

Strong communication and leadership skills

Base Salary- 115,000-135,000
