Local Superintendent - Tilt Wall & Light Industrial

SuperintendentAn industry-leading design-build commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up light industrial, warehouse, distribution, and tilt-wall construction projects throughout Georgia and the Southeast. This role is responsible for leading all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Job responsibilities include:Leading all field operations for ground-up industrial, warehouse, and distribution center projectsManaging day-to-day construction activities from sitework through project completionCoordinating and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and trade partnersMaintaining project schedules and ensuring milestone commitments are achievedEnforcing safety standards and promoting a proactive safety culture on-siteConducting daily inspections and quality control reviewsCollaborating with Project Managers to monitor budgets, schedules, and project performanceCoordinating material deliveries, equipment, manpower, and site logisticsFacilitating subcontractor meetings and owner walkthroughsIdentifying and resolving field issues to minimize delays and maintain productivityManaging punch-list completion, closeout activities, and final turnoverEnsuring all work is completed in compliance with contract documents and applicable regulationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
