Job Overview
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local travel assignment within a long-term care setting. This role is responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the nursing team during extended daytime shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Measure and record vital signs as directed
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Promote patient comfort, dignity, and quality of care
Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
Communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff
Job Requirements
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of New Mexico or eligible)
Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
Ability to work the scheduled Sunday, Thursday, and Friday shifts
Must provide valid state or federal-issued identification for facility access
COVID-19 vaccination compliance or approved medical/religious exemption required
