Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Local Contract Assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. SHIFT DETAILS
Shift Time: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
12.5-Hour Day Shift
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $14.25 - $16.63 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
Current state certification as required
Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or healthcare experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Measure and record vital signs as directed
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and repositioning
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable resident environment
Support nursing staff with routine resident care duties
Document care activities accurately and timely
Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Competitive pay rate of $14.25 - $16.63 per hour
