Position Details

DRIVERS HIRED BEFORE 10/5/2026 WILL RECEIVE A $500 SHOW BONUS!

Hazmat required in 90 days (account will reimburse cost of obtaining the endorsement)

Pay:

• Mixture of local & regional deliveries - 2 pay tiers will be paid

• Local drivers that run "regional loads" that are 200+ miles will pay out at the regional rate

• 10% of the loads are regional - WILL STILL MAKE IT HOME EVERYNIGHT!

• 0.63 CPM

• Increases to 0.645 CPM at 1 year

• Increases to 0.66 CPM at 3 years

• $20/stop

• 90% loads are local - less than 200 miles from origin to destination

• Starting at 0.725 CPM

• Increases to 0.735 CPM at 1 year

• Increases to 0.745 CPM at 3 years

• Drivers will run primarily local freight for an average of 1700 miles per week

• $30/stop

Position Details:

• Drivers will make daily deliveries to 40 Meijer stores in IL (no downtown Chicago), Northern IN, MI (including Upper Peninsula), OH, and WI. Including shuttles between 2 distribution facilities in Lansing & Pleasant Prairie

• Drivers will be expected to pickup backhauls back to Lansing, MI (approx 85% drop and hook)

• Chicago suburb runs are the main activity on the account (but nothing in the city of Chicago), 85-90% of runs go there from both Pleasant Prairie & Lansing

• Outbound store shipments are drop and hook from the DC and at the delivery locations

• No Touch Freight

• Slip seating is only required during mandatory services

• Trucks will stay at the account during home time

• Lunch is provided during orientation
