Position Details

Position Details:

• Hauling alcoholic beverages to its 100 wholesalers within 275 miles of St. Louis, Missouri, including the states of Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Iowa, Indiana, Arkansas, and Kansas.
• No driver loading: 100% of loads are preloaded
• No driver unloading: drop/hook deliveries
• All shipments are single stop deliveries. However, this position will have anywhere from 1-3 shipments/shift depending on length of haul.
• Drivers will climb into the trailer to strap and unstrap loads
• Drivers are required to back up reefer and dry van trailers multiple times per day. Drivers need to be comfortable with backing reefer/dry van trailers.
• Account manager is located onsite and has been managing the account for 4 years
• Uniform program available - $150 per year for apparel
• No touch freight

Special Requirements:

• Account requires a high level of customer service
• Drivers are expected to perform pre and post trip inspections of truck and trailer

• 2021 Automatic Peterbilt trucks
• Day cabs
• Compressed Natural Gas Fueled Truck
• Passengers NOT permitted
• Truck must be left at the account during time off
• Truck can NOT be taken home for time off - this is a slip seat position
• No pets
